		<description><![CDATA[There are a lot of local communities that are struggling with their identity here in PA. Boyertown, which is the largest of the small towns is doing a lot to build a sense of community. But maybe you are right in that many of the activities they have are very similar to other towns. Ie Oktobersfest, farmers market with local produce, and numerous civic organizations.
I am pretty sure that Boyertown, has quite a long way to go before it becomes a micro-tourist mecca in the Philadelphia area...
A neighboring town, Oley, is capitalizing on their small town PA dutch roots, and does seem to bring in quite a bit of tourists from the big city who wan to experience the small town feel.]]></description>
